The Company of the Curtain's Mission Statement

'By Giving people the opportunity to express themselves and to fulfil their ambitions, by training young people and to afford them benefit in their developing lives, we aim to entertain local people without
reward or return.'

Welcome to The Company of the Curtain
Thank you to all of our audiences who came to see "Quartet", we hope you enjoyed the show as much as we enjoyed performing it!
A big thank you also goes out to all of the cast, crew, box office and front of house team for all of their hard work on "Quartet".
Our next production is...

Currently to be Confirmed

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak our productions have had to be postponed.

We are now looking to perform a play in February pending any changes in 'Social Distancing' guidelines.

Dates for this will be advised as soon as we can confirm.

We understand that this is disappointing but would like to assure all of our audience members and patrons that we would not wish to risk anyone's health. We are immensely grateful for your continued support and understanding at this time and hope that you will join us when we can tread the boards again.

For more information please see the 'Our Next Production' page in the navigation panel on the right.

Company of the Curtain would like to pay tribute to the late Sir Ronald Harwood who sadly passed away at the age of 85 on 8th September 2020.
Playwright and author of Quartet and The Dresser, his passing is a sad loss to the world of stage and screen.
